Subway in Cologne

Food was ok. Unfortunately, it makes a very unorganized & dirty impression.

It took a while until I was noticed, the service staff was in the back area. A bell wouldn't be bad. Otherwise everything was fine. The sub was delicious.

The employee changed her gloves twice during the preparation, everyone is wearing a mask, of course, and when entering the shop you are asked to disinfect yourself. Overall, it looked like a well thought-out hygiene concept ? Subs and biscuits were delicious as always, nothing special, but good

Friendly staff, it's just a shame that they are very economical with the salad!

My sandwich was not topped but with the ingredients thrown at it, no love, just hectic and rudeness.

Dear Subway team, I was very shocked when I found out under what conditions the chickens that you use in your chicken sandwich are raised. Not only is it cruel, but it really borders on what can be described as a "healthy" piece of meat. Stand up for higher standards - more animal welfare, more health. Join the European Broiler Chicken Initiative. That would be a good start! #KehoeBeAHero

Fresh ingredients and freshly baked bread, simply delicious. And the staff is friendly too, even when there is a big crowd, the employees are nice. I'll be back

Very nice service, clean and tasty. Special requests are responded to in a friendly manner and no eye rolling as you might otherwise know. I can recommend it with a clear conscience!

So today I was with my girlfriend in a subway for the first time. We were laughed at, the place was dirty until we stopped and the ingredients weren't properly distributed. One employee obviously didn't feel like his life anymore. Ridiculous experience ....

Today we were very satisfied with the food and the great service. The employee was very friendly and attentive, despite Corona and the HEAT. The subs were really prepared with a lot of love. Thank you very much Karolina, we'd love to come back (name was on the receipt)

The worker was absolutely cheeky and disrespectful and didn't make the sandwich I wanted. Just cheeky!

Eat okay, then drank once on the Fanta mug. The mug smelled funny and so I threw it away. Since then I have been vomiting constantly.

It was the first time I was on a subway, I didn't know my way around - and although there were a lot of customers, a waitress took the time to explain everything to me calmly and very politely! Top service and very tasty? !!!

It was quiet and was only few people. The food was tasty.

The service was not very good, the employees were very quick with everything and didn't hear half of what i said. The restaurant also isn't very clean and the sandwich was poorly filled. Also we could only pay with cash since they don't take non german cards.

Bread and Cookies were mega stale and gross, super skimpy with the toppings, place also looks kinda awful.

Staff was rude. Was told I can pay by card however in the end I couldn’t.

Quite good food, but they don't take visa or mastercard so still living in the stone age.

Basically, in this conviction, I could not stop myself from writing my first review. The review is deliberately humorous, detailed and appeals to the guest, who just - like me - has left the restaurant and is looking for people who have had similar experiences. My weirdest fast food restaurant visit. It all started harmlessly: chicken teriyaki and a tuna sandwich, each 30cm. Although the employee was not very good to hear, I could understand that the bread we had selected (Cheese Oregano), unfortunately no longer in stock. The guest in front of us gave sympathetic way to understand that he does not know so well and asked to get suggested a sauce. The staff seemed very confused and unmotivated to help him. When asked if he could have Mayo on his sandwich, he was answered briskly, "No Mayo." This understood and pleased that I did not even want to have Mayo on my sandwich, I was not confused and moved on to pay schonmal, while my fiancee expressed her salad wishes. 16.75 €, so I was looking for extra 5 cents to spare the cashier something Wechselei, and put them on two 10 ¬ bills. The cashier looked confusedly at the change, paused briefly and pulled out the bills under the change, something was funny. "TERIYAKI !?" - called the employee to my right, apparently for the third time. It rattled and my change slipped out of the automated POS terminal. The cashier gave me a mischievous laugh, so that was the puzzled look on my change. I could also comment on my wish for a salad and we just wanted to find a place, because we were so anxious that the ordered cookie was nowhere to be found. The employee looked behind the counter, found a cookie and grinned it on my sauce dripping sandwich. Arriving at our place, my colleague almost falls off the bench, as the seat cushion was apparently not screwed tight. The bench next to it was torn and seemed to be renewing in the past, trying to repair with armored tape. When I was eating my subs, which tasted average good to all amazement, much to me, that even under the sub was a cookie, even this without packaging in the sandwich juice. During the meal there was an unusually loud conversation behind the counter so that every word could be heard in our corner. There were 4 people behind the counter, one of them, judging from her street clothes, did not even seem to be a co-worker. The entertainment was not worth mentioning, but one thing is clear, as antisocial should never be talked about in front of customers. Two minutes later, one employee left the shop after work. Thereupon two others also left the shop to "smoke one". Seemingly let down, the last female employee escaped from the shop, at the door. No one was present at the shop except for us and another guest. "Psst ... do you think that's so funny here?" I asked him. "Yes, full," he answered almost speechless. The door opened, two young gentlemen came in, went to the counter, found that they were completely on their own and said to each other, "What's going on here?". A short time later, an employee came in and scurried back behind the counter to serve the guests. We left the store a short time later and felt like we had just left a parallel universe. Confused, but pleasantly amused by what we had just experienced, we headed home.

The worst Subway I've ever been

Realllly unhelpful staff - looked completely disinterested they didn't have the sauces I asked for, not the filling, and ran out of jalapenos. So I was forced to have what I didn't actually wanted

Love Subway, it's by far the best fast food. The staff was annoyed and unfriendly, but it was crowded so I understand it.

Toilets could be little bit cleaner

A very busy place, just close to the Messe/Deutz station. They also give one extra drink for free.
